VTCT (ITEC) Level 4 Award in Advanced Skin Needling offers an exceptional qualification that caters to both skilled Beauty therapists and individuals with medical training who seek to integrate advanced aesthetic techniques into their range of treatments.

The Level 4 Skin Needling course provides students with a  comprehensive education   aligned with national standards, providing the required skills and knowledge required as certified skin needling therapists. The course covers all of the elements required for safe and effective  administration of  skin needling procedures. As part of the qualification, participants will revisit their understanding of anatomy and physiology relevant to Level 4 aesthetic treatments.

This level 4 course will cover in depth health and safety protocols., client consultation procedures including treatment clarification, contraindications, potential reactions, patch testing, and anticipated side effects. After treatment care is covered, including putting together a tailored follow-up plan and the significance of post-treatment sun protection.

In the practical element of the course, students will undertake case study treatments on live models, covering a variety of treatment areas. Students  will also cover the importance of the treatment environment’s readiness and equipment sterility and personal protective equipment.  Under the supervision of one our expert trainers, students will master the art of selecting the appropriate needle dimensions, ascertaining optimal treatment duration and intensity in accordance with each client’s unique needs, all while diligently monitoring their response.

WHAT IS THE STRUCTURE OF THE VTCT (ITEC) LEVEL 4 AWARD IN ADVANCED SKIN NEEDLING?

You will complete an online course via our interactive online learning portal. Attend 2 training days where you will learn how to carry out the treatment and complete the required case study treatments on live patients. You will then complete a theory exam (this can be done remotely) and then return to clinic to complete a final, externally assessed treatment.

Level 3 beauty therapists, dental nurses, nursing assistants and medical professionals. We are also able to accept some other beauty qualifications please enquire to see if you are eligible.

Do you offer finance  for this course?
Yes we do. We offer a 0% interest finance plan to help you spread the cost of your qualification. You will need to pay 50% of the course fee upfront plus a £50 administration fee. The rest can then be paid over 6 or 12 monthly installments. All prices stated are all-inclusive which means there are no hidden costs along the way
